We are very satisfied with Ken & Lisa at HearingLife in Caro. Ken checked over my husband's hearing aids, updated the software, checked his ears and wiped off the aids. He's great at explaining everything that he's doing and always asks if we have any questions. Lisa is very friendly and helpful. We are so happy to have this office & both of them so close to home. Thank you Ken and HearingLife of Caro. I didn’t know what I was missing out on until I experienced it with new hearing aids. I hear the tea kettle whistle from all over my house, birds singing their spring songs in the trees and the squirrels chattering, my wind chimes, the TV without closed captioning, plus the volume turned down, my friends and family on the phone, my cat meowing from the next room, the furnace turning on, my refrigerator, and so many other sounds that I missed out on. Hearing life in Caro was willing to work with me and my schedule. They worked me in between appointments to answer my questions and help resolve my issues with my ears. They went out of my way to get me taken care of on my schedule. Let means a lot to me.
