We originally wanted to buy an in-ground pool but after having Kory come out and spending some time discussing things, we decided it wasn’t the right time financially due to the economy. Kory was not a typical pushy sales person and even our dog loved him! He answered all our questioned quickly through messenger on Facebook. Wow I could not have asked for better service!! Wonderful owners. They went above and beyond helping me get my pool pump ready. I came home set it up and it works wonderfully. I will definitely be buying all my pool supplies and needs from them!! Thank u again for all your help!!

Background: I was not the brightest and didn't do any research before buying my above ground pool. I went to a well-known place in Saginaw. Summed up things didn't go well. I was almost in tears because I was so incredibly frustrated.ENTER BLUE WATER: I was recommended by a friend to come to Blue Water and see what they could do. In THREE DAYS my pool was swimmable and crystal clear. Not only did they help me finding the right chemicals, but they also explained how to prep them. Every time I've called with a question or gone in to tweak chemicals I've been helped by knowledgeable staff or the owners themselves. Just knowing I have that support there... read full review
