Nobody wants to say goodbye to their loved ones, but unfortunately that is part of life. I lost my dad in February 2024 to cancer and Gina was absolutely wonderful. Gina made the whole process so smooth, peaceful and calming. The funeral home has been completely redone and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! But most importantly, my dad looked exactly like my handsome dad before he got sick when we came to say goodbye. Gina did the most beautiful job on my dad and I can’t thank her enough for just perfecting everything. Words truly can’t describe how perfect she made such a difficult time in my family’s life. John is the most caring individual I know. His foremost concern was my well-being. John is extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide the information I was going to need to notify the appropriate people and agencies. Thank you Kaatz for an awesome experience for my family and I for my wife Crystal‘s funeral. We were treated very well and with compassion. Everything was as easy as it could be and perfect in every detail. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas and that was Crystal’s favorite holiday.
