Rachel did an excellent and beautiful job with my highlights in my hair today for gray blending. I explained to her what I wanted and she did exactly that. I’m feeling confident about embracing my gray roots now. I will definitely be scheduling with her again. I highly recommend her!
I was in the area and had a few online returns in the car so I stopped in for the first time, cashier was cool but asked me for my ID and I was stunned that she did, I’ve never had to show my ID except for pick up at the other ones. Although it was annoying and I questioned her she said it was a store policy and I have nothing to hide. After she seen my name & status she proceeded to return my stuff like normal, kinda weird but seems like a dangerous location In my opinion if she had to do all that :(
This review is for Entela in the salon - she did my hair for the first time and absolutely nailed it. I have an asymmetrical bob that hadn't grown out well, and Entela was meticulous in making sure to get the shape and the texture right. In addition to being considerate of my fragrance allergies and giving a fabulous scalp massage, she was very kind as well. Highly recommend!
