    I experienced some issues with my left eye. After contacting the optometrist I saw and being told she doesn’t bill for medical, with a recommendation to seek services at Urgent Care or see an ophthalmologist, I called the office in Northville to see what they could do. Within 24 hours I had an appointment at this office as there was no appointments available at the Northville office. Sign in was easy and the doctor and his assistant were friendly. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called into the examining room. Each procedure was explained before it was administered.     Not a great experience here. I originally developed a chalazion(pure cosmetic misery btw) in early September 2020. After 2 visits to urgent care, I was referred here. This is something you need to see an ophthalmologist for. I had an appt at the Kellogg Eye center in October. Basically I am instructed to try a warm compress, it'll go away. This was after 2 months of zero improvement. I call back in December since generally the next step is surgical removal. I am told oh, you actually saw an optometrist. Come see an ophthalmologist now.
