Communication, execution, and professionalism is the reason for a 10 rating . Orion team confirmed appointment via email and text. Notified me prior to arriving. Arrived 5 minutes early (bonus). Service techs were very friendly, explained their process, and made sure every zone was completely blown out. Afterwards received an email asking for feedback on quality of service. I've had many sprinkler companies in the past who show up, barely blow out the lines, collect and move on, never to be heard from again. Orion is one of the best I've worked with!!
The scheduling process was smooth and communication with staff was clear and responsive. The on-site team was professional, efficient, and well prepared making an experience seamless from start to finish.
James and Gabe came out for my winterization. Punctual, professional, noted 2-air leaks that were detected for spring repair, and added my request for 2-sprinkler head relocations in the spring due to landscape growth requiring head location change. Everyone at Orion Maintenance & Installation, LLC are great; James and Gabe provided great service again and I consider them a premier customer service provider for all Sprinkler/Landscape work services they provide. Look them up; you will not regret it.
