We were clearing out the home of a relative who lives 70 miles away from us and we needed a same day plumber to disconnect the refrigerator water line so the cleaning company could complete the job. Michigan plumbing scheduled us for a 5 hour window. We drove the 90 minutes to the location and after an hour into the service window, a man called and said they could not do it until 5 days later. I explained our situation and he refused to accommodate us. Waste of our time and effort. This company does not keep its word. I would never recommend them to anyone ever.
