Len was a pleasure to work with. He brought samples to my home at a time convenient for me, carefully measured and helped me make the right selection of wood flooring for my main floor. There were a lot of choices. His crew (Moses) was dependable, respectful of my home and good attention to detail. Len supervised from start to finish and when a hiccup occurred, Len was responsive and quick to correct the issue. I had an excellent experience having my master bedroom recarpted by Karpet Mart. Len came to our house at a convenient time to show my wife and I some samples. (He gave me my 3rd and final quote.) I liked his product and his proposal and signed that day. He told me to call the office the following week to set an appointment. The installers texted me the night before my appointment and showed up on time the next day. The installers, Jesus and Santiago, were as good as you could ever hope for.
