Great service and place for dry cleaning and getting alteration service. The owner does have some language barrier, but as long as you're willing to be patient, she'll work with you. If you have questions or concerns, address it right away. I saw a guy bring in a dry cleaned shirt (he picked it up while i was getting my pants measured) that he stained while going through it in the car. But she was willing to take it back and clean it for him again. She showed me that the stain was smudging and was fresh. She said that she would have noticed the stain while ironing it. The stain on the dress shirt was smack down in the front next to the buttons. No way she would've missed...read full review

The lady Mrs.Kim was super nice and sweet as well as helped me get my clothes altered I have gone to her for numerous projects and she has amazed me every single time 10/10 would recommend

Every experience I've had with Harvard Square has been great! They have top notch alterations and cleaning services. It's not easy to find a good place for alterations. I have brought easy hem jobs, complicated repairs and high end cocktail dresses in to them and been very happy every time. The pricing is reasonable for cleaning and alteration jobs.
