Pulte home building experience has been exceptional!!! Ali and Matt project managers were wonderful to work with. The guided me thru the whole process of building from the beginning to the end. Pulte mortgage company needs a lot of help. They waited till the week of closing to start working on my mortgage package. I was sending docs until the night before closing. That was a nightmare and headache. Everything they asked for should have been done months ago!
The Pulte team at Grandview Estates South has been amazing. I sincerely appreciate the responsive communication of all team members throughout the process. My home was recently completed and I could not be more pleased.
