Have been living in the home for a year and I am very satisfied with the quality of the home. Pulte has been responsive to a cosmetic issue and is addressing an issue on a window screen. The Pulte team has done an excellent job from sales and building to warranty work.Service: Home building

I just closed on my first single family home and it’s perfect. I was so nervous through the whole process but Pulte’s team was there for me answering questions, communicating frequently, and have continued to do whatever they can after close. They are a very professional and smart team. The houses in Grandview Estates are charming and the perfect size. This house is everything I was looking for and I’m so lucky to have found it.

This is our second Pulte Home and we’re extremely happy with the whole process. Julie in sales, Kim in the Design Center and construction PM’s Mike and Nolan did a great job with weekly updates on our home. The closing was also easy with Amber’s help. Great Job Pulte!
