I had 2 sets of Indian embroidered dress for dry cleaning, I think they must have washed it in washing machine. They were completely ruined.They have no risk (for business) policy, but they should have mentioned the risk to customer about all embroidery would come off. I could have looked for other options. In that case, they would not have made money but could have saved me a lot of trouble. Be aware of fancy high value clothing to be dry cleaned.

They do a great job of cleaning and pressing my clothes. they always have my clothes ready when I get there I think they are slightly expensive over the other cleaners in the area but you get what you pay for I guess.Services: Ironing

Just picked up cleaning. As I was hanging up my clothing, I noticed they applied a bar code sticker that I can not remove! I never consented to this or that they were allowed to add this bar code/sticker to my my clothing. I feel violated and will never use this dry cleaner.
