Steve not only knows his craft well, but he is very careful to modify your workouts for any issues you have. Steve really cares about his clients and their health. Steve and Clay also give back generously to their community with the Toys for Tots Program. The gym is well equipped and clean. I love the one on one private, personal service, and not being just a number at those big box gyms. Fitt Factory is awesome!

One on one with a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer who gets to know you personally. Steve has helped me set personal fitness goals that are tailored to me. Not an exaggeration to say that working with Steve at the Fitt Factory over the past five years has changed my life for the better!!

I have only been a few times now, but I feel very comfortable here and the trainers seem to really understand the levels of fitness of various individuals. I have worked these past few weeks with Coach Kyle....I have been pushed to what my body is capable of doing but never feeling stressed beyond the desire to return. Good people here, if like good people and having some accountability, this is probably a great place for you.
