My experience was amazing, Shelby helped me and walked me through everything and helped me understand the paperwork and process of setting up an account. So thankful for her honesty I left money there and she called and was honest that she had the money. So thankful
Tiana was my cashier… she was very knowledgeable and nice and very respectful and explained everything from beginning to end and was fast… Five stars all the way across the board
Came in with a pay report not a pay stub and I had an employee with me and our pay was on the same report the ladies were patient and understanding and they got straight to work. They have been professional and informative the entire way through really guiding me through the process and making me feel at ease as I was behind on my rent and I needed the extra cash. The women behind this counter at no point in time made me feel like a customer they made me feel as if they wanted to help me as much as I needed the help. That is the pinnacle of customer service.
