Been taking my goats to this doctor. He is very nice and loves animals. Took my baby goat in for a shot and got snapped at more than once by the very rude receptionist. She told us we didn't have to bring the goat in but that we needed an exact weight. As I do not have a scale I didnt have the exact weight I brought the goat with me. She proceeded to snap about the goat at check in and then when I went to pay she yells at me and my family about how she told us specifically not to bring the goat. Which is a lie. It is unfortunate that they now lost all my future business because she had to be so extremely rude in front of my children after I just paid for their services. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a front desk employee.

Did a PPE on a horse here and the x rays were unusable. Blurry, wrong location in multiple views, not full views of the joints. Receptionist was kind but they were not willing to issue a refund for the low quality views. Had to take cell phone pictures of x rays as they have no email capability. I would not recommend a PPE here for this reason. Added some of the films for reference, they did say they would struggle with the stifle x ray.

Have had nothing but amazing experience with Dr.Shiery. Affordable,very knowledgeable, great with animals and truly cares about your pet. My family has used him my whole life. I will continue to take my animals here! We had to put one of our cats down at the beginning of this year. All staff was very kind and caring and let us stay with our pet as long as we wanted.
