I highly recommend Newman's for your next appliance purchase. Last year when I needed a washing machine today, they had one at my house by the end of the day. When my washing machine malfunctioned, they were here the next day and fixed the issue. I was surprised with the fast service; because when we paid $50 for a 5-year service agreement on our refrigerator with a local competitor, it took many phone calls, weeks to make the visit and the issue was never resolved. I didn't get a bill yet, but even if I see a bill I won't complain. The customer service is 5 star at Newman's Appliance!
We needed a new dishwasher ASAP and Newman’s had a new one in our home in less than 48 hours. They are THE experts for Whirlpool appliances and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend.
Good Old Fashioned Customer Service, that is what you'll find at Newman Appliance! Within hours of me calling that I was in need of a refrigerator, Newman's DELIVERED... and shoveled the snow to get into into the house, since I wasn't there, set it up and hauled the old one away. One phone call, and I didn't have to give it another thought. Thank you for making me feel like a treasured customer and not just a number.
