When my washing machine malfunctioned, they were here the next day and fixed the issue. I was surprised with the fast service; because when we paid $50 for a 5-year service agreement on our refrigerator with a local competitor, it took many phone calls, weeks to make the visit and the issue was never resolved. I didn't get a bill yet, but even if I see a bill I won't complain. The customer service is 5 star at Newman's Appliance!”
