I've been coming to Jess for a while now to get my hair cut. Tho I'd never say this to her face, she is a master in her craft. She always has a smile on her face and always greets you with her warm welcoming presence. The woman should be running her own shop and sports clips should count themselves lucky she works for them. She will always be my barber!
This is the furthest of the Grand Rapids area locations from my house. I tried this location once when I was in the area for work and have been coming back ever since. Rebecca is the absolute best and I cannot imagine having anyone else cut my hair. I have a uniquely challenging Afro-Latino hair type that is challenging for many stylists but Rebecca did a great job the first time I visited her. I’ve been a sport clips customer for over 17 years across 4 states and Rebecca is by far the best stylist and conversationalist I have ever had.
