I've been coming to Jess for a while now to get my hair cut. Tho I'd never say this to her face, she is a master in her craft. She always has a smile on her face and always greets you with her warm welcoming presence. The woman should be running her own shop and sports clips should count themselves lucky she works for them. She will always be my barber!

Had a haircut appointment with Holly and was unimpressed by the way she handled and talked to me. This was hands down the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, rude attitude, and the result looked nothing like what I asked for. Instead of taking accountability, she had the nerve to talk back and act like it was somehow my fault.
If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on your clients. There was zero respect, zero skill, and honestly just a trash experience all around. I wouldn’t trust her with a pair of scissors ever again.
