We have nothing but good to say about our experience with Cherry Valley. They were never pushy, but always helpful and courteous. Their advice led us to the stove and set up that worked best for us. Installation crew was courteous, efficient and very capable. They paid close attention to stove and legal specs. The county inspector was impressed by their work. We were surprised by how clean the installation was.

I accidentally called the owners phone and he helped me after hours. Very pleasant and helpful and went out of his way! The 2 young gentlemen that serviced my wood stove insert were very knowledgeable, very nice, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to all my friends!!
Excellent service from start to finish. I had a Harman Pellet Stove insert added to my fireplace. Adam was my contact from the start and Nick and Noah were the installers. From start to finish it was excellent service. I waited far too long to put this stove in and what a difference it is, compared to forced air.
