Called for a routine cleaning. They came the next morning. Doug, was super professional. Very knowledgeable. He found the septic access when no one really knew where it was. And they charged me a generously low price. I felt like it was a great value. Doug's truck was very clean and modern. I'd definitely recommend them and hire again.

After being jerked around for 2 months with excuses by Rick at Raymer septic. I called Terry at Frankes and he sent Doug out the next day. excellent service very helpful with information as well. thanks a million Jeff #west2myleft
