This place is awesome! I come here from TC because the ENT’s in TC are awful! Dr Jacobson was amazing and so kind. She answered all my questions and really wanted to start me on treatment for my sinus issues. She made some great recommendations for treatment. The front office staff were amazing as well. I worked with MacKenzie and she was so nice! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for an ENT!
I met with Dr. Jacobson early last year and she was wonderful and explained everything about my nose condition and walked me through the process of repairing it. She also referred me to an ENT in GR who could provide the surgery needed for my condition. Additionally, I would like to thank Dr. Kendall for removing my stitches on very short notice. After my surgery I was involved in a multi car pileup on my way to get my stitches out and never made it. He was gracious enough to get me in before the stitches became a problem due to being in too long.
I would like to thank Dr Kendell and staff for being supportive and helpful during a stressful time. The procedure wasn’t a pleasant one but necessary. Thank you all for helping me and making it a better day.
