We had 2 great experiences. A large pine tree fell during a thunderstorm. They responded to our call within a few days even though there were many people with similar problems. A few years later Helzel’’s tree service removed 2 large pine trees and trimmed other trees. We would definitely receive them.

We first heard about Bruce's company from the Facebook group, Overheard in Traverse City. We recently moved to the area and were looking for some hard-to-find Colorado Blue Spruce Evergreen trees. Bruce connected me to his right-hand man Mike who we worked with through the remainder of our transaction. Mike was like a Pitbull and really went to bat for us to try to find the trees of our dreams.
