I was recommended to contact Set Apart from a property manager to do a repair to my garage. I had gotten another quote and was told it couldn't be done. Todd and Co. came out and got it done in half the time they originally quoted and even rebuilt a little storage rack they had to remove to do the work. I am so relieved that I hired them to do this, I really dodged a bullet to not do it myself! Fair pricing, great quality work, and fast! I have already enquired for more work in the future! The garage looks great and I am so happy!

I had severe damage from a plumbing disaster in my manufactured home. SetApart replaced subfloor, insulation. Put in new snap lock flooring, created a closet for me in a little used space and made my home look better than it did new. Above and beyond in dealing with my insurance company. All workers were kind, polite and helpful, and set about getting the job done from the moment they arrived. Great attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.
