Mike did a AMAZING job helping me over the phone get windows uploaded & reinstalled on a newly purchased refurbished computer! There was a bug or something in the version that was pre-installed and it was a tough one to navigate. He walked me thru a few things and we are up and running again! AMEN!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
