We no longer have wasps, and our grandkids can now play near areas they used to have to avoid. Paul did an application today, and he’s a very friendly, helpful service provider! Cons:
Was told I was going to get a call before they delivered so that I could be present, no call was made. Instead I got a call when the driver was already there and he said no one was answering the door (obviously because no one had called prior to delivery). The receipt had highlighted under delivery instructions “Call then go”“

“When I first moved to Byron Center in 2020 I went through a few lawn care companies. I have a big hill in the back and it was included in the quote. Each and every one was skipping the back yard or spraying sporadically...and still charging me for it. I was working remotely and saw it. I found Professional Lawn Services by chance. Dave does an amazing job and my lawn looks great. He never skips the hill ? Reasonably priced and I plan on being a long time customer. Highly recommend this company.“

“All the guys are great. They do have a rude younger girl that works there, she doesn’t seem to be a people person so hopefully she doesn’t end up doing work for you, lazy and likes to skip work that should have been performed, kind of snobby. Otherwise, I’d recommend the rest of the crews to perform good work.“
