Had my road test with Kim. He was very patient and has a very calming demeanor. Jayyddin made the whole process very easy and she is very nice and reassuring . Thank you to both ! I have had driving anxiety for a very long time and they made the whole process very easy .
I have taken both my kids here for their driving tests. They are fair and very friendly! Its a very stressful time for the kids, but they try to make it as stress free as possible. Best peice of advice i can give for parents is practice, practice, practice!
Prompt, pleasant, well organized. Night and day difference from other testing places in Grand Rapids area. Shout out to Bobbie, Jayden and Kim who were sooo nice and helpful and calm -huge contrast to folks at Michigan Road Testing, Integrity & Century. Sure wish Michigan Secretary of State didn't have such a scatter-shot, complicated and expensive approach to training & licensing drivers.
