Loved my experience with this company. They aren’t trying to gouge you or make a sale. Felt like they actually had my family’s best interest in mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. In the future they will be the only HVAC company that gets business from me.
Excellent customer service! Arrow responded quickly and sent out a tech for very reasonable service fee, diagnosed the issue. Gave me a very good price on replacement control board. Friendly and knowledgeable. GREAT JOB!
During one of the coldest stretches of winter, our furnace went down on Saturday evening around 7:30 PM. The Arrow team responded immediately and had a technician at our home right away. He diagnosed our Carrier Infinity Furnace issue quickly, had the needed parts with him, and got us back up and running 30 minutes later!
Arrow came highly recommended by two of our neighbors, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. Professional, responsive, and reliable when it mattered most.
