The lady working the counter was great. They had the part I needed and every thing went smoothly and perfect, I highly recommend them and if I need any more help they are #1 on my list, thanks again for your great help and service!!! Also needed a service technician to come fix my furnace. Steve was extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me that was wrong and the corrective measures that needed to take place. He is one great guy. I will be recommending their services to everyone based on the amazing job that he did. Thanks steve

Air went out over memorial day weekend heat wave. I called for an estimate 1st thing tuesday morning, Randy came out that day and gave me a great estimate. Wednesday morning Randy and Dylan were there at my house at 9am and had the job done by 12:30. This is the 4th installment job i've had done by Genesee and everyone of them went smoothly. Very reliable company. Thanx.

Genesse Heating and A/C was great to work thru the entire process. I would recommend using them after my recent home A/C replacement. They notify you when they are in route to your location and cleaned up well after job completion. They also communicated well and the installation came in at quoted cost.
