Our technician Joe was friendly, arrived when he said he would, and was very nice to talk to. He got our issue fixed within minutes of arrival. Thank you so much, Joe for keeping the heat on for my family. He deserves recognition as his job is so very important. I keep returning to Terry Allen Plumbing because they do great work, pricing is appropriate and I am always satisfied. I had an emergency, they responded as soon as the message was received and I enjoyed my conversations with Darren, the plumber. He even made sure my cat Elvis did not leave the building!

We purchased a new hot water heater. There was an issue regarding that. When brought to the attention of the individual that manages these things a solution was arrived at that was fair, reasonable, and resolved the problem. They stand by their work and are professional. Out of respect to privacy, details are not presented. We were never at risk to our personal health and safety at any time and their service person made sure all was working as required before leaving.
