“Was there on a Wensday evening to do a few loads. This was 2nd time there. We were happy to see the same guy working that helped us the first time there. He greeted us like an old friend. We were surprised he remembered us. His name is Mike and he is a great asset to your laundromat. Mike was doing his cleaning work all while laughing and joking with patrons. We will be back! It made a typical Wensday night doing laundry much more enjoyable! Give this guy a pat on the back!“

Was in a pinch and needed my dress hemmed at the bottom for a wedding that was the next day, was trying to do both layers myself by hand. 3.5 hours and a migraine later of handstitching, called her and was able to have it done, beautifully done, fitted, marked, and hemmed less than a couple hours on top of what looked like her daily duties.
