We had a great experience with Josh! He was able to fit us in on short notice for a Sunday inspection, which we really appreciated. As first-time homebuyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but he made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
He was super friendly, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand while making sure we didn’t have any questions. We had our full, detailed report later that same day, along with helpful suggestions for the issues he found.
We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone!
