i dropped off 2 Canada goose coats to get dry cleaned. i was concerned about them loosing them so i had additional questions. she thought i was being ridiculous asking these questions and said she can't guarantee my coats will come back. i still left them even tho i should not have. i just went to pick them up and she said "oh, u r the girl with the coats." i said yes. i hope they came in. she said well i don't know if they did. and btw u left these coats 3 times now. and i said i was concerned every time. she said well i cant promise you it will always come back. i proceed to tell her they r over $1000 each. she kinda laughed and said i know how much they cost. i said i never should have left them. i said i would take all my dry cleaning elsewhere and she said ok. she said they r just coats. u asked so many questions for coats. she was the rudest person i have ever dealt with. i will never ever give them an article of clothing again. just be aware they do NOT care about your items. most disrespectful person ever! I'm disgusted. I'll be reaching out to headquarters as well. this was the Highland MI location.
