“I should probably start by saying I'm a glass half empty kind of guy. With that being said, I was referred to this company by a friend. I reached out and gave them a call and left a message and in the back of my head was already thinking here we go, typical contractor, he doesn't answer his phone. I was wrong as soon as I hung up my phone rang and to my surprise it was the owner of the company. I set up an appointment for the next day to have someone come over and take a look at what I needed. He was there on time and he walked me through everything and explained everything that was going to take place. We agreed on a price which in all honesty I almost feel bad about. He gave me a damned good deal. The very first day of the project he was there 15 minutes early and literally came through my house like an organized tornado. I didn't just have a small amount of work, I had quite a bit and he was done 2 days before the expected finish date!!! I hate to say it but my brain automatically looks for things to critique, but I couldnt find one. I don't know about anybody else who's reading this but I don't feel like there's much in the way of customer service anymore but I have to say this company absolutely proved me wrong. He was on time, on budget, friendly, and cery professional. Just so everyone knows, I think this is the only positive review I've ever left for anyone so I think that alone says a lot. If you have any remodels or projects around your house that you nees taken care of highly highly recommend Sir-fix-alot!!!”
