After making a few appointments with other contractors and each one not bothering to show or call, I was very fortunate to be referred to Matt Ratcliff. First I was impressed he called back so promptly. He explained the process and how he does things very clearly. I had fun picking from all the styles and colors to choose from as well as getting ideas. Day of appointment Matt came with his team on time, friendly, professional and ready to work. Watching them work I could tell their attention to detail. For my project it only took 4 hours, they cleaned up everything, left no mess behind. I needed and have wanted a dentist close to home, as I'm getting older, and I've been going to Dr. Jordan now for a little under a year, and I am very pleased.
She informs me of what's going on and what's next, so there's really no surprises. I don't feel the shots to numb me (thats a good thing) so my anxiety level is barely there now.

I had THE BEST experience at Patrone’s yesterday. I needed a last minute appointment and Misty came in on her day off to get me in. She was AMAZING and did such a great job on my hair. I told her what I wanted to do with it and she far exceeded my expectations with my color and highlights! She also did a treatment that made my hair feel so soft and healthy!
