It’s not just that Leroy and Jackson were both pleasant and friendly (they were) but it was pretty clear they knew what they were doing and seemed practiced at it. I asked questions, many, and got what I think were complete answers. They were respectful of my home and once their cleanup was finished the only sign they had been here was the new equipment. This is the second time Mike’s has provided/installed HVAC for me. Should I live that long they’ll be my first call next time.

They are pleasant on the phone. Techs show up when they say they will. Fair rates for services rendered. They’ll let you know if equipment you’ve purchased is eligible for a rebate. Very happy with Mike’s.
