I didn’t have the opportunity to build with Mike, though I wish I had, but I did have the chance to work with him in a transaction of selling one of his custom homes to my buyer! Let me say his work is beautiful and he takes pride in detail and perfection! The home was gorgeous and move in ready, not a thing needed to be done by the buyer. He is genuine and kind and even offered his personal trailer to my buyers to help move. Shows the person he is! If you have the choice- build with Mike or purchase one he has already built, you will never be sorry!Keep up the incredible builds! Looking forward to bringing you more buyers- it’s hard to find homes like yours!

I’d strongly recommend Precision Carpentry as Mike is very informative and stays in contact with you through the whole process. He has a great crew and they get to work and they get it done. I shopped around for a good builder and he was true to his word. I was in my home in 3 1/2 months and I’m loving it. If you go with Precision Carpentry you won’t be disappointed. There are some real shady builders out there so go with the best PRECISION CARPENTRY.
