I had a flooded finished basement due to a broken pipe. After finding the flood, I called many restoration companies, panicking that the water would get into my hardwood walls. No one could make it for a few days. I then found ZION Restoration, also in Brighton, and they said they would be there in an hour. They were at my door in 50 minutes. They sucked out the water, removed my furniture, brought in giant dehumidifiers, piped air into the walls, and removed all wet floorboards. This is all within 3 hours of my 1st and only call to them. They handled all back and forth with my insurance.. came back within a week, replaced all wood and floorboards, and stained as new.... read full review

We had a significant leak from a dishwasher that ruined most of the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Our insurance agent recommended Zion. we called and they came out within the hour. From the first interaction to the end we were completely satisfied. All of the workers were cordial and took pains to make sure we were satisfied. We really m ade the right decision to go with Zion
