This is a great place with very direct, honest, and approachable people. I wish I had discovered them sooner! I had a 12-year old Taylor 110e with bridge lift they repaired under warranty when I didn’t even know it was still covered! They’ve worked on multiple guitars for me and every time has had quick turnaround with reasonable prices. They even advised me on a used GA3e-12 I purchased online from Guitar Center that was beyond repair. I returned it and my wife found another on Reverb that they serviced as well!
