Brandon the new owner of TCI came to my house to inspect the mold condition the second day after my call! He was very professional and very efficient! The quote he gave was very reasonable. I chose TCI over another company because TCI not only cleans the mold but also tackles the root cause, which in my case is the lack of ventilation in the attic. So the estimate also includes the installation of wider vents which another company says they were unable to perform and will need me to contact someone else to do it. Brandon was fantastic. He stopped by our house to inspect for mold as we thought there was some in the attic. Not only was there no mold and he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, he also didn't charge us for the inspect. Highly Recommend.
