We could not be happier with Tom and his team. Incredible attention to detail and absolutely no corners cut. Because Tom and his team we so diligent, it brought to light commonly overlooked issues which we took to the sellers to address. We appreciate the scrutiny put into the house and would recommend T&R to anyone looking at buying a home.

The Guys Rich & Tom are Top notch. I have purchased my current home and several investment homes, they have always made sure the houses are thoroughly went through to make sure I'm not put into a bad situation. We bought our house in Feb 2020 and Tom went above and beyond for us. He made sure that everything was in good shape and took the time to explain everything to us in a clear and concise manner so that we could understand what we were seeing. He helped us make one of the biggest desicions of our lives and we didn't feel blind when we went into the deal. T&R is honest, fair, kind and they treat you like family! They even sent us a Christmas card 2 years later. I can't recommend them enough. They're amazing!!
