T & R Inspection LLC offers high quality inspections for homes and condominiums. They are licensed builders and InterNACHI certified. Their wide range of services includes Radon testing, air and surface mold sampling, thermal imaging, water testing, and drone photography. The inspectors do a very thorough job and provide a very detailed report. They go above and beyond, making sure everything is in good shape. They take the time to explain everything in a clear and concise manner, answering all questions in a simple way. They are honest, fair, kind, and treat you like family. Their reports have saved clients thousands. They are amazing, top notch, awesome guys who are super thorough and very nice. Multiple reviewers highly recommend them and plan to recommend them to all friends. They do inspections right.
We could not be happier with Tom and his team. Incredible attention to detail and absolutely no corners cut. Because Tom and his team we so diligent, it brought to light commonly overlooked issues which we took to the sellers to address. We bought our house in Feb 2020 and Tom went above and beyond for us. He made sure that everything was in good shape and took the time to explain everything to us in a clear and concise manner so that we could understand what we were seeing. He helped us make one of the biggest desicions of our lives and we didn't feel blind when we went into the deal. T&R is honest, fair, kind and they treat you like family!
