This place had my taxes for 6 weeks. I called to check to see why I hadn't received a call and the woman that answered informed me that they were not done and they would file a extension. I said ok but I would hope they could finish them before the May deadline since they already had them for so long. She said maybe and we hung up. Two mi uses later a man called and said pick up your taxes I don't like your attitude! That is very poor professionalism. Just because I needed to find out about my taxes. They should of called me!
Stay far away from this place. They lost my taxes. (Are you sure you dropped them off)? Then I finally went to pick them up after 3 weeks and they were wrong. The guy did them over while I waited. About a week went buy and I checked the IRS website and he never sent them in even after I called it still took him 2 days.
