Came through on a tricky key I needed cut for my kids’ Christmas gift! Took extra time to make sure I had the right product, and made sure that it worked! I had Security Lock install an Emtek handleset, deadbolt, door knocker and matching kick plate on my front door 10 years ago. The quality of the hardware is amazing. However, I recently had an issue with it being hard to press and called Security Lock to see if there was a part I could purchase to fix myself. Chasity looked up my order and determined it was still (barely) under the manufacturer's warranty and was able to get me an entire new set for free. She facilitated it all and went above and beyond! Even though they didn't benefit from doing this, it shows how committed they are to their customers. Would highly recommend!
