My initial experience with this company was disappointing; the window installation was significantly delayed, and the communication was incredibly lacking. However, after I posted my concerns here, the owner immediately learned of the situation and reached out to me. He personally stepped in to resolve my concerns. The project is now complete, and the quality of the installation is very good. The crew was fast, respectful of my home, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. While the start was rocky, I’m very satisfied with the final result and the level of accountability shown by the owner.
We had new windows, doorwall and storm door installed. Justin. Justen, Angelo, Gavin, and Brian were great. Crew cleaned up and windows are amazing. The triple pane efficiency is being felt already, adjusted thermostat down and noise reduction is a plus. Awesome company!! Quality work and products! Would recommend 10/10
I am so happy I chose Pure Energy, Tyler Mc Mahon was so helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so excited to see my new door installed. The assortment to choose from was vast but Tyler made the process so easy. Thank you.
