I came here about a month ago and had a mani, pedi. The lady who did the pedi was amazing! This was the first time I’ve ever left a salon feeling blissful as she used hot stones to massage my lower legs. She did a wonderful job! 5 stars to the hot stone lady! Now, the lady who did my nails, did not listen to my request, I rate her at 3 stars. I explained that I did not want acrylic nails, yet that’s exactly what I got! Uneducated about nails, I trusted her to build the color onto my nails. I assumed that the blobs of opaque powder was gel, I did not know this was actually acrylic. The staff member I had was very nice but my full set took two hours and I left in pain from the sides of my nails being filed way too much! Now, a week later I have hang nails on the sides of all the nails snagging on everything. The nails were filed oval in shape but visibly not filed evenly. Just frustrating given the cost. I won’t go back.
I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! Always friendly and provides a relaxing experience. Tuan even takes extra steps to strengthen my nails each time before providing shellac. Highly recommend!
