If you wanted to be treated rudely then call them! They subcontract work so you'll get less than stellar service. The people that answer the phone are beyond rude even if you're trying to give them additional business.

Theoretically you could find a more expensive provider of services, but you will have to work hard to find them. They quoted $16,000 for a job, though cautioned me to not worry if others quoted higher, saying the Beauchamp quote was impossibly low and could not be legitimate. The job ultimately was done by another company, and was done very well, for $9,000. I'm so glad I got more quotes!

The company from the owners to all the employees are excellent! If you have a problem area they respond within 24 hours and the issue is resolved. If I could give ten stars I would!!! Cindy Gutowski
