Had a service technician, Mike, out for our annual boiler inspection today. He was on time, very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Can't ask for more.

We enjoy the comfort of our yearly maintenance contract with Lakeside. Joel serviced our furnace for the all too soon cooler temperatures coming our way. I continue to be impressed with the level of training and expertise of every Lakeside professional we have met. Joel checked the heat exchanger, the gas’s levels, the efficiency and the electronics of our system. I’m not big on surprises and Lakeside helps me avoid them.
