Jeremy was so helpful! Dion’s was highly reliable, their technicians are very friendly and kind. Job done quickly and even did extra for free by showing up an extra day at no extra charge. Would highly suggest and recommend!
I had Dion's replace a toilet for me. I called on Memorial Day and got some AI answering machine. After giving it some of my information which it was getting wrong I ultimately told it to cancel and hung up. Kirk from Dion's ended up calling me back later on Memorial Day which surprised me. He said they could do the work I wanted done and could schedule me for the next morning. As the toilet tank had a small leak that was great and I made the appointment. Kirk was prompt, calling me to give a a fifteen minutes heads up that he was coming. He removed the old toilet, and installed the new one quickly and efficiently. I never expected to get a next day visit to fix our AC during this time of year, Dion’s came out within 24 hours.
Andrew was phenomenal and did a great job getting the unit up and running. He explained every step to me and gave great suggestions to keep the unit in good working order.
