Dr. Arena was recommended to me by a friend of mine. My back was out of whack for several weeks and I had been putting off going in. I’m so glad I finally went. After one adjustment I felt a major difference and one more small one and I was back to normal! I really appreciate how he takes a holistic approach and spends time learning about your routines and habits to help find the root cause and not just treat the issue that that’s in front of him.

My family and I have been under Dr. Arena's care for 14+ years, so we have seen and experienced a lot with him. We are a very active family, with 3 boys that play soccer. We have seen our fair share on injuries. Normal course of action is to see Dr. Arena first and get his evaluation and recommendation and then adjustments and/or cold laser treatments. Then we go to our PCP of it's even needed after that. He is usually spot on for his evals and recommendations. He's a great family oriented guy that truly cares about his patients and does what's best for them and not his wallet. His assistant, Tina, is the best as well.
