This spring when it started getting hot, our air conditioning went out. Tim came out to diagnose what was wrong. He determined the compressor was broken. He gave us great options to either replace the compressor, or replace the whole air conditioner. We needed up getting a whole new one. Karter came out to install it and did a fabulous job! Everyone left their work area clean and they wore boot covers. So glad to have AC again, especially after last week 90 degree weather!
After twenty five years of great service my washer needed repair. My serviceman from AAA told me it was time to replace it and helped me pick out a new one! I absolutely love the new washer! It is bigger than the old one and has lots of new options that are great. I like the option of a second rinse specifically. The clothes are getting cleaner and the loads take less time. The new washer is a game changer!
