I’ve lived in numerous apartments across different regions and states, but Gemini’s apartments were by far my favorite renting experience. All units were newly renovated with a dishwasher and laundry machine, super clean, secure, and decently spacious. As a St. Louis native, it’s awesome to see modern style apartments being built downtown. Sure, it’s a small town with limited things to do, but if you want a “downtown” experience with the ability to walk to restaurants and the gym across the street, definitely consider Gemini’s apartments in St. Louis (or even Ithaca). Sadly, I had to break my lease after living there for 1.5 years due to increasing medical bills, but I would have certainly stayed longer and renewed for a third term if my finances hadn’t taken such a hit.“
